Initial consultation involves completing an Easy Profile & Info Form to help understand your career journey and objectives.

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before work begins, with various services and packages priced as listed on the website.

• Accepted payment methods include credit card and PayPal via the website..

4. Delivery

• Drafts are generally delivered within 5-7 business days of receiving the completed information form.

• Final documents are provided in digital format (Word and PDF).

5. Revisions

• Two rounds of revisions are included, provided requests are made within 7 days of receiving the initial draft.  (Delays in these requests will impact the estimate delivery time of 5-7 days.)

• Additional revisions will incur extra fees.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations can be made prior to starting the work for a full refund.

• If work has commenced, a partial refund may be offered depending on progress.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and comprehensive information about work history, education, and skills.

• Clients are required to complete and submit the Profile & Information Form within 7 days of purchase. If the form is not submitted within this timeframe, a $50 reinstatement fee will be charged to reintroduce the document into the work schedule.

9. Liability
